Wrapped!! and roofed

April 7th, what a headspin, roof tiles are up, frame is wrapped and the wiring for lights and power has been roughed in for the most part.

Bricks will probably be starting as I write this as the sand is sitting out the front.

Waiting on a response to the inspection items but this should be pretty straight-forward to correct and hopefully the plastering can commence on schedule in a few days.

The front door - funny, I though it was gonna be a different colour :) - oh yeah, maybe some paint to come yet!

A view from the kitchen into the family, meals and rumpus - very glad we put in the additional sliding doors, although the corner stacker door would have been nice but that's only an option on the 36.

A couple of views from the back

And finally, the roof tiles - Elebana style in Sambucca colour

  1. Looking good there, we also did the same as you, added a sliding door at the family area. We didn't opt for the corner stacker doors as it cost 4.5k for that, which we think its too much to pay... but I guess with that sliding door, it will be good enough.. :)

  2. Hi Cuppycake, totally agree, lucky for us we couldn't get the corner stacker into the 32 so the 2 extra sliding doors were far, far cheaper :)
